- Deposit Policy
- A one night deposit is required at the time the reservation is made by credit card
- Final Payment
- Due upon arrival by Cash or Credit Card. MasterCard, Visa, & Discover are accepted.
- Cancellations/Refunds
- Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $5.00 handling fee. The A-FRAME CABINS reserves the right to keep all monies received if the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, unless the room can be re-booked. Christmas Holiday cancellations received by November 15th will receive a full refund less a $10.00 handling fee.
- Late Check In
- Please notify us if you will be arriving after 10:00 P.M.
- Check Out Time
- Please honor our 11:00 A.M. time, so we can prepare the cabin for our next guests.
- Pets
- Small pets are allowed.
